How do I track my order? 

You'll receive an email from our nominated courier with on-line tracking information. If there are multiple parcels they may arrive separately, so we suggest waiting 48hrs before contacting us to advise if some of your order is missing.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Orders generally take 2-3 business days to pack. Times may vary depending on your location. If your order is quite large and/or requires assembly, extra time will be required.

Is shipping included in my order? 

If your total order is over $500 and being dispatched within Australia, shipping is included. Otherwise, there is a $14.95 fee for Australian deliveries. For trade purchases, shipping is calculated based on size and weight of parcel.

Do we ship outside of Australia? 

Yes, but we will need to quote freight separately as the size and weight of your parcel will vary. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Can I pick up from your NSW warehouse? 

Yes, but please contact us to arrange an appointment at our NSW warehouse (usually between 9-1pm, business days).
