Slide Option A: Side Mount With Built In Spacer (2 x 35mmW)
These slides are our “go to” if you have a standard cabinet internal width*. The in built spacer is 22mmW and designed to clear most hinges or door obstructions.

For a non standard internal cabinet widths* and cabinets with no doors, we recommend using these slide. They can be used with packers that are available in a range of sizes.

Spacer Options: 4, 8, 11, 16, 18mmW
Spacers are used with side mount slides if there is: (a) residual space that needs to be filled between the cabinet wall and slide (b) your hinge block is wider than 22mm (c) you have some other obstruction that needs to worked around.

PRODUCTS
How do TANSEL products compare? Our wire is stainless steel so highly durable. The basket is a "square" design to optimise storage space. Our extensive range and expert advice can solve just about any storage dilemma. Our lifetime warranty against rust on the wire and lifetime warranty on slide function make Tansel products a long term investment.
What basket height do I need? The 100mm high basket stores items up to 250mm tall, but if you add a non-slip base, you can store items even higher. The 150mm high basket stores items up to 300mm tall and the 200mm high basket stores items up to 350mm.

Do you offer a Measure Service? In some areas, yes, but a fee applies. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer an Installation Service? We have a network of installers in most metropolitan areas. You can also use your own handyman, which we can speak to prior to make sure everything goes smoothly.
OTHER INFORMATION
What is a "standard cabinet" and "non standard cabinet"? Standard cabinet sizes are those with an internal width ending in “68” or “18” (eg. 168, 268, 368mm or 218, 318, 418mm) and your internal depth is 490-590mm. If your cabinet is different to this, you have a non standard cabinet size, so please get in touch with us directly for more options.
SHIPPING
How do I track my order? You will receive an email from our nominated courier with on-line tracking information. If there are multiple parcels, they may arrive separately.
How long does it take to receive my order? Orders generally take 1-2 days to pack. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If your order is quite large and/or requires assembly, extra time will be required.
Is shipping included in my order? If your order is over $300 and within Australia, shipping is included. Otherwise, there is a $12.95 fee for Australian deliveries. For trade purchases, shipping is calculated based on size and weight of parcel.
Can you ship outside of Australia? Yes, but we will need to quote freight separately as the size and weight of your parcel will vary. Please contact us directly for a quote.
Can I pick up from your warehouse? Yes, but this will need to be done by appointment only.
RETURNS

How do I return products? Products can be returned in their original condition and packaging. You can return through Australia Post or a courier of your choice (but please ensure you have tracking) or contact us for courier pick up label. Returns are not included in the cost of the product and may vary depending on the size and weight. You can also return to our warehouse but please contact us prior.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the goods, refunds will be paid as per original payment method. Please allow 3-4 working days for payment to be processed.
