STORAGE TIPS

What is a 'standard cabinet' and 'non-standard cabinet'?

Standard cabinet sizes are those with an internal width ending in “68” or “18” (eg. 168, 268, 368mm or 218, 318, 418mm) and your internal depth is 490-590mm. If your cabinet is different to this, you have a non standard cabinet size, so please get in touch with us directly for more options.

Yes, we have a network of installers in most metropolitan areas. You can also use your own handyman, whom we can speak to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Where can I buy Tansel products?

Products can be bought from us directly, we hold the most extensive range of products and options, as well as providing expert advice to assist in the trickiest situations. A limited range of our products can also be purchased through most Howards Storage stores.

SHIPPING

How do I track my order? You will receive an email from our nominated courier with on-line tracking information. If there are multiple parcels, they may arrive separately.

How long does it take to receive my order? Orders generally take 1-2 days to pack. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If your order is quite large and/or requires assembly, extra time will be required.

Is shipping included in my order? If your order is over $500 and within Australia, shipping is included. Otherwise, there is a $14.95 fee for Australian deliveries. For trade purchases, shipping is calculated based on size and weight of parcel.

Do you ship outside of Australia? Yes, but we will need to quote freight separately as the size and weight of your parcel will vary. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Can I pick up from your warehouse? Yes, but please contact us to arrange an appointment.

RETURNS

60 Day Money Back Guarantee. We think you'll love our products but if things don't go to plan, you can return them within 60 days for a full product refund.

Exchange & Replacement Parts. If you've made a measurement error and things don't fit, no problem. We can assist you with replacement parts or product swaps.

How do I return products? Products can be returned in their original condition and packaging. You can return through Australia Post or a courier of your choice (but please ensure you have tracking) or contact us for courier pick up label. Returns are not included in the cost of the product and may vary depending on the size and weight. You can also return to our warehouse but please contact us prior.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the goods, refunds will be paid as per original payment method. Please allow 3-4 working days for payment to be processed.

Our 'No Fine Print' Warranty

We dislike 'fine print' and know you do too. We hand pick our materials and design products that last. Our baskets are made using stainless steel wire, which come with a lifetime warranty against rust and a lifetime warranty on the functioning of the mechanism.
