How Does Your Product Compare?

Our wire is stainless steel so highly durable. The Spice Racks are 100mm high making them suitable for storing taller items and prevent items falling out when the door is opened/closed.

How do I track my order? You will receive an email from our nominated courier with on-line tracking information. If there are multiple parcels, they may arrive separately.

How long does it take to receive my order? Orders generally take 1-2 days to pack. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. If your order is quite large and/or requires assembly, extra time will be required.

Is shipping included in my order? If your order is over $350 shipping is included, otherwise there is a $14.95 for Australian deliveries.

Can you ship outside of Australia? Yes, but we will need to quote freight separately as the size and weight of your parcel will vary.

Can I pick up from your warehouse? Yes, but this will need to be done by appointment only.

How do I return products? Products can be returned in their original condition and packaging. You can return through Australia Post or a courier of your choice (but please ensure you have tracking) or contact us for courier pick up label. Returns are not included in the cost of the product and may vary depending on the size and weight. You can also return to our warehouse but please contact us prior.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the goods, refunds will be paid as per original payment method. Please allow 3-4 working days for payment to be processed.
